Kevin O’Donoghue is a Partner in the firm. A Cork man and a graduate of NUI Maynooth and UCC, he also holds post graduate diplomas in Property Tax and Insolvency Law & Corporate Restructuring from the Law Society of Ireland. Kevin qualified as a solicitor in 1991.

Ronan Deasy BA, MA, LLM (candidate)
Solicitor
Ronan Deasy joined O’Donoghue & Associates as a solicitor in December 2022. Originally a graduate of applied languages, Ronan is currently pursuing an LLM by research at Leeds Beckett University, focusing on the topic of coercive control. He speaks Irish, Spanish and French fluently, and is a registered Irish language legal practitioner.
Ronan now practices in the firm’s property department. His areas of practice include:

Emma Horgan BCL, Cert Immigration Law & Practice
Trainee Solicitor
Emma Horgan joined O’ Donoghue and Associates in 2019 and is a trainee solicitor with the firm. Emma holds an Honours Degree in Law from UCC and has also completed the Law Society Certificate in Immigration Law and Practice. Emma works primarily in the areas of residential and commercial conveyancing, and immigration law with a particular focus on citizenship applications.
